Guy Doolittle came to Brimfield Township, OH from Connecticut in 1820. He walked the 600 miles back to CT to Marry Sarah Benedict on March 1, 1821. They came back to Ohio in April of 1821 and built their farm on what is now Mogadore Road. Mr. Doolittle died May 1, 1872. His last words were "Peace, Peace, All is well."
