Jeff met Melvia Hensley at a dance at the community center in Vaughn. They were married Feb. 26, 1905. They were blessed with 6 daughters and one son, Reba, Edgar, Fern, Grace, Lillian, Eunice, and Clide.
Jeff was a farmer all his life. He moved to Cave Springs upon retiring. Jeff was a member of The Methodist Church of Elm Springs.
Jeff was such a kind, sweet, careing man. He loved good horses and he loved his family. He had a big part in raising me, my brother, and my sister. You were so good to us, Pawpaw, we love you and miss you.
Brother of: Joseph, Nelson E., Ida, half sister, Martha Adaline"Addie", half brothers, Randolf Coker and Felix Coker.
