MRS. CARRIE DeARMOND CALLED BY DEATH
Mrs. Carrie DeArmond, resident of the Land of Orland for the past 37 years, died last Tuesday evening after an illness of only four days. A native of the section near St. Joseph, Missouri, where she was born on March 8, 1959 [sic]. Mrs. DeArmond came to the Land of Orland with her late husband in 1901, and made her home here almost continuously since that time.
Mrs. DeArmond is survived by three sons, Guy of Orland, Roy of Burlingame, and Paul of Bakersfield.
Funeral services will be held at the Sweet Chapel, Friday morning at ten, interment in the Masonic cemetery. – Transcribed by E.
