Lauren Danielle Collins, age 17 of Mallie, Kentucky went to be with our Lord on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. She was born on June 20, 2006, to Chris Collins and Heather Jones.
Lauren is survived by her Mother- Heather (Chad) Jones; Father- Chris (Tonya) Collins; Siblings- Hannah Collins, Eden Jones, Emaleigh Jacobs, Sarah Jacobs, Megan Jones and Cameron Jones; Grandparents- Danny Seals, Iris Gibson, Carlos and Mary Collins; Wade (Billie) Hall and Chester (Kathy) Jones; Aunts- Michell (Byron) Hall and Lisa (Mark) Taylor; Uncles- Scottie (Stella) Collins and Sean Seals; A Host of Loving Family and Friends
Lauren was preceded in passing by her Aunt- Leslie Seals. Lauren will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
The family will receive friends from 5 PM-10 PM, Sunday August 27, 2023, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman.
Funeral services for Lauren Danielle Collins will be 11 AM Monday August 28, 2023, at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman with Josh Huff and Brent Smith officiating. Burial to follow at the Seals Cemetery in Mallie, Kentucky.
