Keith Willard Miner

Keith Willard Miner, 75, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2001 in Erda, Utah.

He was born January 13, 1926 to Willard and Reta Swasey Miner in Springville, Utah.

He married Doris May Olsen in Tooele, February 15, 1947. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple May 20, 1957. She preceded him in death. He married Phyllis Henwood and later divorced.

Keith was a veteran of World War II. He retired from Tooele Army Depot. He was a horseman. He enjoyed raising animals, fly fishing, and loved gardening. He will be greatly missed by his family, who loved him.

He is survived by his companion, Klea Kirk of Tooele; five children; Kathie Miner Womack of West Jordan; Maureen (Joe) Brandon; Danny K. Miner; Ged (Jean) Miner; and Steven Miner all of Tooele; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A sister Barbara (Deloy) Barney of Magna and a brother, Harry Miner of Loveland, Colorado.

Funeral service will be at the Erda chapel on Saturday, August 4, 2001 at 1 p.m. with a viewing one hour prior. Internment will be in the Tooele City Cemetery.
