Elizabeth was born in Providence, Rhode Island, and was the daughter of the late Daniel and Elizabeth (Coolahan) Carroll. She lived most of her life in Providence.
Elizabeth was the mother of Father Raymond L. Tetrault, pastor of St. Teresa of Avila Church, Providence. She was the wife of the late Conrad W. Tetrault. They were happily married for 65 years.
Elizabeth is survived by three sons, Conrad, Joseph, and Reverend Raymond Tetrault, two daughters-in-law, Maria O Tetrault and Mary Lou Tetrault, seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was the mother of the late Irene Meenagh and Leon Tetrault. She was the sister of the late Mary and Helen Carroll, Kathleen Kennedy, and Monsignor Daniel Carroll.

A Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at 10am at Saint Teresa of Avila Church, Manton Avenue, Providence.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the Catholic Charity Fund, St. Teresa's Parish, in memory of Mrs. Tetrault.
