She was born in Fredericksburg, VA on May 8, 1944 to the late Earnest and Agnes (McGee) Reid.
Carolyn was married to Carl Ritenour, who preceded her in death in 2011.
Survivors include her sister-in-law Peggy Ritenour, and thirteen nieces and nephews.
Carolyn loved the Lord, her family and friends, Emmaus, traveling and cruises with Carl.
She worked at the United States Post Office.
Funeral service will be held at Grace Baptist Church 14242 Spriggs Road, Woodbridge, VA 22193 on Saturday, July 8th, 2023 at 10:00. Interment will take place at Quantico National Cemetery, with her beloved Carl, at a later date.
