He was member of Immanuel Baptist Church, the National Rifle Association & former member of the American Sportsman.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Gary (Rebecca) Sanders of Arthur City; 2 sons, Phillip Huggins of Paris & Bobby Dale Huggins of Bivens; 5 grandsons; a sister, Dora Boren of Paris & 3 brothers, Sam Huggins of Paris, Pete Huggins of Paris & Earl Huggins of Paris.'
