Leo J. Marks. Retired CPD of 33 years and US Army Air Force Veteran Korean War. Beloved husband of Joan D. nee D'Asaro. Loving father of Lauren (Larry) Vacala and Alexander (Teresa) Marks. Proud grandfather of Tyler and Lane Vacala, Juliana and Christina Marks. Dear brother of the late George (Beatrice), Andrew( the late Mary), Nicholas (the late Corrine) and Alexander Marks. Brother-in-law of Dorothy (the late Avril)_ Wiles and Susan Trammell. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at SMITH-CORCORAN Funeral Home 185 E. Northwest Hwy. Palatine. Family and friends will meet Friday morning at the funeral home for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Entombment Elmwood Cemetery.
