Of Brookline, born June 23, 1929, peacefully entered her heavenly home on Friday, June 16th. One week before her 94th birthday. She is now joyfully reunited with her beloved late husband, Joe, her partner in life for an incredible 72 years. A devoted and loving matriarch, Dorothy was the cherished mother of Patti (John) Price and Donnie Longo. Her warmth and affection extended to her adored grandchildren; John (Jen) Price, Jen (Rob) Koran, Jaclyn (Eric) Steele, Jessica (Joe) Smiley and Jason Price. Additionally she was blessed with nine great-grandchildren; Will, Johnny, Andrew, Robbie, Liam, Briena, Ethan, Joey and Leila. Dorothy was preceded in death by her two sisters, Theresa and Marie as well as her brothers, Richard and Donald. She was dearly loved by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at The Sheridan at Bethel Park for their unwavering care and love bestowed upon Dorothy during the past two years. Appreciation is also extended to the exceptional caregivers at Commonwealth in the last two months Vitas Hospice, whose kindness and dedication have made a lasting impact.
