Mr. Charles E. Fulmer was a lifelong resident Augusta, Ga. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and the North Augusta Country Club. Survivors include his wife, Donna Craddock Fulmer; a son and daughter-in-law, Charles E. "Chip" and Kim Fulmer Jr., Evans; two daughters, Brittany Nan Fulmer and Jamie Lauren Fulmer both of Augusta; mother, Elsie Fulmer, Conway, Arkansas; brothers, Gary L. Fulmer, Augusta and Tilden Fulmer, Conway, Arkansas; a grandson, Jackson Patrick Fulmer.
