40, of St. Petersburg, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at Northside Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Hammond, IN on June 20, 1977, she moved to Florida in 1992. Amy graduated from St. Petersburg College School of Nursing and was a registered nurse at St. Anthony's Hospital. She was preceded in death by her niece, Melody Rose. Amy is survived by her husband, Chris Abinette; daughter, Emma Block; parents, Timothy and Joyce Block; sister, Stephanie Block; and many other relatives in Indiana. There will be a visitation on Tuesday, June 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with funeral service at 12:00 p.m., both at Anderson McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. ML King St. N., with interment at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
