Billy F. Johnson
Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in Schooler-Gordon Colonial Chapel for Billy F. Johnson, 44, an engineering technician at the Pantex Plant who died Thursday morning after suffering a massive cerehral hemorrhage. He had entered the hospital Monday afternoon.
Officiating will be Billy T. Jones, minister of the Olsen Park Church of Christ; Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Johnson, a native of Petty, had been an Amarillo resident for 16 years. He had previously lived most of his life in East Texas, coming here from Paris.
A veteran of World War II service in the U.S. Army and Navy, he married Beverly McAvoy on July 2, 1955, at Pueblo, Colo.
A Pantex employe for 15 years, he was a member of the Machinists Union and the Olsen Park Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, three daughters, Debra Kay, Marilyn Sue and Lori Lynn, and a son, Robert Clinton, all of the family home at 2210 S. Hughes.
