Margaret M. Way, 69 of Deerfield, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at Alden Estates of Jefferson.
Margaret was born on March 23, 1954 in Outagamie County, WI, the daughter of Robert and June (Pahr) Kern. She was raised with her siblings on a farm in McFarland, Wisconsin.
She graduated from high school and had two previous marriages. She worked many jobs on and off around the Wisconsin area and afterwards she lived in Deerfield with her mother, June, until her death in 2010. Margaret struggled with deep depression after the death of her parents and grew estranged from the rest of her family. Her death has left a deep impact on her surviving relatives who longed to reconcile with her.
She is preceded in death by her brother James Kern, sister Jean Kern and her parents, June Kern (Parr) and Robert Sylvester Kern. Sr.
