Leslie Stanley Dunn was born March 1, 1923 to Clyde G. and Merle (Sheldon) Dunn in Texas. Leslie died on March 15, 1923 and is buried in the Electra, Texas Cemetery.

Leslie's maternal grandparents were Leslie Elmer & Estella Minnie "Stella"(Ostrom) Sheldon. Aunts and Uncles (on his Mother Merle's side)included Porter, Leslie II & Ray Sheldon, Lydia McGill, and Emma Higgin. (Another uncle, Glen Sheldon died at a young age)

A little over a year after Leslie's death, another son, Marshall Clyde was born to the Clyde & Merle Dunn Family.

Five Deaths Here In Week

The "black camel" made five visits in Electra during the past week. It included both old and young., there being three little fellows only a few months old and one octogenarian. Those who died were J.T. Satterwhite, aged 81; N.A. Compass,aged 49; Baby Rose Foreman, 3 months; Baby Wendell Rex Wilson, aged 4 months; and Baby Leslie Stanley Dunn, aged two weeks.
