Deborah McBride, age 52, departed this life on March 18, 2023, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Born on July 16, 1970, in Davidson County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Evelyn and LeWayne McBride. She graduated from North Side High School in 1988, then attended college, receiving several degrees. Her work career was at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital and in 2009 she joined Apria Healthcare.

She enjoyed reading and loved movies. She was deeply devoted to her family, spending much of her time and energy as "Big Mom" to her grandchildren and a godmother to many. Her personality, charm, and smile would brighten any room, as well as many lives. She loved helping and being present for others.

Deborah is survived by her brother, Dudley McBride; children, Steven McBride, and Alyssa McBride, and four grandchildren, Mason McBride, Avery Hardin, Milo Woods, and Soren McBride.

Also, to cherish her memory are Mellanie and Steven Coffman. The family wants to extend a thank you for their love and friendship. Mellanie and Deborah were best friends for over thirty-five years. They were sisters like no other.
