CHARLES ABBEY

Charles Abbey, 47, Mt. Morris resident, died Monday, Sept. 8. in Dansville Memorial Hospital. He was born in Leicester and had been a resident of Mt. Morris for many years.

Surviving are two brothers, Henry Abbey of Mount Morris and Lester Abbey of Leicester; four sisters, Miss Clarissa Abbey of Mt. Morris, Mrs. William Hanson and Miss Dorothy Abbey of Newark, also one nephew, Sgt. Donald Abbey stationed with the U. S. Army in Germany.

Funeral services were held Thursday at 3 p. m. at the Wood Funeral Home, in Chapel St., The Rev. Donald Partinngton, pastor of St. John's Episcopal Church, officiated. Burial in Mt. Morris Cemetery.
