LE ROY - Samuel Myers, 77. Le Roy, died this morning at St. Olaf Hospital in Austin.
Mr. Myers, who was single, had lived in the Le Roy area for the last 15 years. He was born Dec. 4, 1883, in Ackley, Iowa.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Jane Stephens of Ames, Iowa, and a niece, Mrs. Herbert Soltau of Le Roy.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Martz Funeral Home with the Rev. George Barnett of Le Roy Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be in the Le Roy cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Saturday.
