Grace was the daughter of Frank and Mary Miller Valenti. She married Richard James Harvey on Feb. 4, 1961 and they were the Parents of Theresa Ann, Donna Marie, Constance Louise, Kimberly Joy and Roberta Jean. She was a member of the Womens Army Corps from 1957 until 1959, attaining the rank of Specialist 4th Class.
