Marjorie, of Beaumont passed away Thursday at Hotel Beaumont.
A native and life long resident of Nederland she was retired from Nederland I.S.D. where she taught Science at C.O. Wilson Middle School. She lived her last six and one half years at Hotel Beaumont.
Her parents Evie and Pat Morrison, husband Otis Thomas, Jr. and brothers Pat and Earl Morrison preceded her in death. Survivors include her son; Don Thomas and wife Cathie, daughters; Janie Hopkins and husband Robert, Peggy Holmes and husband Stephen, grandsons; Caleb Hopkins, Matthew Holmes and William Thomas, granddaughters; Brandi Nunez, Meghan Finley, Kelli Holmes, Stephanie Hopkins and Courtney Thomas and six great grandchildren. Also surviving are brother; Jerald Morrison and sister Carolyn Dehart and a host of nieces and nephews.
