Abby Lyn Morrison
Abby Lyn Morrison, 28, of Tyler passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007, surrounded by her family.

Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, at Rose Heights Church of God with pastor Doug Anderson and pastor Bo Richardson officiating. Following the service at Rose Heights, a graveside service is scheduled for 3 p.m. at Rockford Cemetery near Paris, under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.

The family receives friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

She was born Sept. 25, 1979, in Tyler, to Clarence Randell and Jackie Lyn Jamar Morrison. She was a beautiful, loving person who battled many difficult health issues during her life. Throughout her regimen of treatments, she seldom complained. She brought joy, love, and a different perspective on life to those who knew and loved her. She will be missed terribly.

She is survived by her parents, Jackie and Randy Morrison of Tyler; her sister, Angie Morrison of Arlington; grandparents, Eunice and Udell Morrison of Blossom, Haze and Jack Jamar of Paris; aunts and uncles, Joyce and Dennis Frank and Harold Morrison, all of Blossom, and Bart and Jackie Jamar of Paris, Jodie and Blake Temple of Madisonville, Ky.; and numerous cousins and extended family.

Pallbearers will be Larry Dorough, Bill Taylor, David Guthrie, Joel Page, Lyndon Holmes and Johnny Johnson.
