Posey, 68, retired Blossom farmer, who died Monday, were held Wednesday in Fry & Gibbs chapel here by the Rev. George Lewis, Methodist pastor at Blossom officiating. Interment was made in Union Grove Cemetery, Reno, Texas.

Survivors are 2 sons, George Robert Posey and Billy Dee Posey; three daughters, Mrs. Ray (Maurine) Bryant, Mrs. Ronald (Virene) Golden and Mrs James Lewis (Betty) Smith; eight grandchildren; a brother, John Wesley Posey, and a half brother, Joe Casey and several step-brothers and step-sisters.
