Linda K. Bell, age 70, formerly of Scott Co., Il. went to the with her Lord and Savior Tuesday evening (November 15, 2022) at Greenville Nursing and Rehab in Greenville, Il. She was born April 23, 1952 in Jacksonville, Il. daughter of the late Paul Eugene and Emma Marie McDade Hoots. She married Douglas Bell in September of 1992 and he survives.
Also surviving are sisters, Marilyn DeMoss (Tom) of St. Louis, Mo. and Patricia Bentley (Mark) of Winchester, Il.; a brother-in-law, Bill Teaney of Marion, IA.; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Carol Teaney.
Linda had previously worked at Prairie Cardiovascular & Consultants, LTD in Springfield, Il. 33 years. She is a member of Mulberry Grove Baptist Church in Mulberry Grove, Il.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday (November 21, 2022) at the Coonrod Funeral Home in Winchester, Il. with burial in Bloomfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services on Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Mulberry Grove Baptist Church or American Cancer Society and sent to Coonrod-Airsman-Hires Funeral Home.
