Charles Leon Hedrick, 81, of Horton, Kansas, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022 at the Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, Kansas. He was born on November 30, 1940 in Oklahoma. Charles was a truck delivery driver for Pepsi Cola before retiring. He loved his dog, "Little Bit" and several cats. He was a devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan and loved to watch his westerns. On May 17, 1963 he married Shirley Chaney in Wichita, Kansas. She preceded him in death on June 29, 2015. Survivors include a daughter, long with many relatives and friends. Funeral services are pending at the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton, Kansas. Burial will be at the Horton City Cemetery.
