Visitation will be continued until 9 tonight at Brown Funeral Home of Gloster and from 8:30 a.m. Friday until services at 10 a.m. Friday until services at 10 a.m. in the chapel. The Rev. David Fortenberry will officiate. Burial will be in Roseland Cemetery.
Mrs. Lowrey was born Feb. 28, 1910, in Franklin County. She was the daughter of Charles Sylvester and Anna Miller Strong.
She was a retired nurse and member of New Salem Baptist Church.
Mrs. Lowrey was preceded in death by her husband, Ferd C. Forman and one son, Robert Forman.
She is survived by two sons, Donald M. Forman of Natchez and Glyn H. Forman of Gloster; two daughters, Sarah C. Holley of Long Beach and Georgia Maxine Seymour of Burton, S.C.; one brother, Warren H. Strong of Natchez, 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
