Kaci (Victoria) Hill Perkins, 19 of Cowiche, passed away on January 27, 2008. She was born in Yakima on April 4, 1988 to Scott and Brenda (Lynch) Perkins.

Kaci lived in Yakima all her life. She graduated from East Valley High School in 2005. She was attending YVCC studying Criminal Justice and was working two jobs. She loved to write stories and by the age of 12 she had two poems published. She also loved motorcycles, jeeping, (she owned her own jeep) and hanging with "her homies". She loved people, and was very friendly, outgoing, and was described as a bubbly person. It was hard to find people who didn't like her. Friends came to her for support. She was mom and dad's little Kaci. They and her brother will miss her very much.

She is preceded in death by her dad, Scott Perkins, grandfathers Presley Perkins and Walter Scheibner and her boyfriend Kyle Roberts(202065808).

She is survived by her mom and dad, Brenda and Craig S. Scheibner, brother Craig A. Scheibner and sister Jamie Sharp. She is also survived by grandparents Wilma Scheibner, J. Patrick, Al and June Lynch and Burnette Perkins; God-parents Jim and Darlene Rathjen; aunts and uncles Pam Stephens, Gaylord Perkins, Priscilla Darby, Shelly Stevens, Naomi Rheiner, Randy and Sue Scheibner, Ed Scheibner, Roger Scheibner, George and Cora Hale, and Cathy Scheibner; great-aunts and uncles Jeane Woods, Terri Bishop and Mel and Silvia Patrick as well as numerous cousins.

Service will be at 10 A.M. Friday, February 1, 2008 at the Keith and Keith Terrace Heights Chapel with burial to follow at the Terrace Heights Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Orphans Fund of the Christian Faith International in care of Keith and Keith Funeral Home, 902 W. Yakima Avenue Yakima WA 98902.
