Charles E Eoff was the son of Edward Allen Eoff and Nora Lee Keller, natives of Franklin County, Missouri. His siblings were Edna (Eoff) (Howard) Roark, Clarence Eoff, William Oscar Eoff and Elmer Eugene Eoff.

Charles married Catherine Augusta Freemont November 21 1936 in St Louis, Missouri. Their children were Nancy Lee, Donald, Mary Ann, Georgia, Barbara, Eugene, Gregory Allen and Lindola Bonnie Eoff. The first six of their children died in a house fire in Maplewood, Missouri in 1948; all six were under the age of eleven years.

Charles E Eoff was a foreman for Scullin Steel in St Louis. At time of death he was employed by Cupples Products, Company. He died in Ballwin, St Louis County, Missouri in 1962 at the age of forty-five years.
