Died Monday, Feb. 7, 1983, at Field Memorial Hospital, Centreville, Miss. He was 95, a resident and native of Gloster, Mississippi.

Visiting at Brown Funeral Home, Gloster, after 9 a.m. Religious services at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, conducted by the Rev. James E. Howell and assisted by the Rev. Yarborough. Burial in Roseland Cemetery.

Survived by four daughters, Mrs. Troy (Edna) Crum, Gloster, Mrs. Jessi (Maxine) Ivy, St. Francisville, Mrs. Will (Merle) White, Centreville, and Mrs. Riley (Adine) Everitt, Houston, Texas; four sons, Alton Anders, Brookhaven, Miss., Ben Anders, Gloster, Raiford Anders, Centreville, and Roddis Anders, Zachary; 22 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. E.C. Rushing, Gloster, and Mrs. Jim Carter, Liberty, Miss.; a brother, Gordon Anders, Biloxi; nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his wife, Carrie Reeves Anders; and two sons, Grady and T.J. (infant) Anders.

He was a member of Gloster United Methodist Church.
