Doris Ann (Mills) Fritsch, age 69 of West Chester, passed away on April 6, 2022. Doris is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Edward (Eddie). Children, Jennifer (John) Hafl, Stephanie (Jeremy) Higgins, Jonathan (Anna) Fritsch, Stacey Patla. Grandchildren, Gage, Alex, Madison, Jonathan, Payton, Nicholas, Samantha, Reice, Nathan, and Yisma. Sisters, Kay Sharp, Mary Schnitzler, Pam Collins, and Becky Mills.
Doris grew up in Arlington Heights and graduated from Lockland High School, where she met her husband. Doris and Eddie married on March 28, 1970. She began working at Cincinnati Bell in 1970, retiring after over 45 years of service.
Doris will be remembered for her love of baskets. She especially loved making her own and was a collector of Longaberger Baskets. She also collected Boyd's Bears and Precious Moments.
Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Arvin and Mae Mills, grandson, Christopher Sanders, and her sister, Carolyn Tennant.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 12:00 p.m. at Spring Grove Funeral Homes Tri-County, 11285 Princeton Pike Cincinnati, OH 45246. Burial will immediately follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
