Allen was born at Scott and White Hospital, moved with his mother to Dimmitt, Texas, at the age of 9 months. He attended school in Dimmitt and Hereford and got his CDL in Abilene. He moved to the Waco area when he was diagnosed with Schizophrenia and after a very short time he decided not to live with it. He was the only child of his mother Cindy Sullivan and she misses him every day. Allen had a strong spirit, sweet heart and was very dear to all who loved him. Jimmy was a loving and beloved son, grandson, cousin, and nephew. Growing up, he enjoyed all types of sports - football being his favorite. He was an avid chess player and a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. Jimmy loved and enjoyed his family, especially during the holidays. His beliefs were strong and he lived life by following his faith everyday.
Survivors include his loving mother, Cynthia Davis; grandparents, Virgil and Jeanettie Sullivan; along with his loving family of six aunts, one uncle and many cousins who thought the world of him. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
