Keith Eugene Kendrick "Bogey", age 41, of Chatsworth, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. He was born on March 31, 1981 in Murray County.

He grew up as the youngest of 3 children to Thelma and Kenneth Kendrick. He loved sports and exceled in football and wrestling. He played for Murray County High School; he got the nickname "Bogey" there. He was the state wrestling champ in 1998 and graduated in 1999. He always loved lifting weights and power lifting. He loved gaming, reading, and watching movies. He always talked about the times he visited Savannah, GA and how much he enjoyed it and wanted us to go again. He has a daughter named River, whom he loved dearly and she was the light of his life. Keith loved his family and friends very much.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Kirk; father, Kenneth Kendrick; step father, Joe Kirk; grandparents, Walter and Jean Miracle, and Lennie and James Kendrick; uncle and aunt, Roland and Ruby Kendrick.

He is survived by his sister, Gina/Jeff Hawkins; brother, Kenny Kendrick; daughter, River Kendrick; niece, Kaycee Kendrick; nephew, Kenneth Hawkins; aunt, Barbara and John Conyers; and uncle, Jeff Miracle.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mr. Keith Eugene Kendrick "Bogey" will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at the chapel of Dalton Funeral Home with Sis. Susan Tankersley officiating. Keith will be laid to rest in the Dawnville United Methodist Cemetery in Dawnville.
