Her parents, Tom and Betsy (Lolli) Powers, were graced with her smile from the day she was born. Megan's close relationship with her parents will leave a hole that can only be filled with the promise of eternal life. Her brother, Tommy, is her best friend. Megan and Tommy have a special bond as siblings which continues eternally.

The service of joy for Megan's life and celebration of her christian faith will take place June 18 at Saint Anne's Catholic Church in Barrington. Visitation will be held starting at 9:30 am with a funeral mass at 10:30 am. Burial immediately following at Saint Michael's Catholic Cemetery, Palatine .
