LIOTTA, Alfred R.
Alfred R. Liotta, age 98, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, passed away December 13, 2015 with his children at his side.
Al was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II.
After service, he graduated from Columbia School of Business and opened a chain of automotive parts stores named Rocket Auto, and was also a part owner of Best Buy Distributors in Hillside, N.J.
He was president of the Union Township Democratic Club and was politically appointed Director of Personnel for Union County Welfare Department.
He studied hypnosis under the Amazing Kreskin.
After retiring, Al moved to Florida and volunteered for many years as a mediator for Palm Beach County Courthouse before stepping down at the age of 95.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary and survived by his son Ray; daughter, Linda; and his granddaughter, Karsen.
He was a wonderful Dad, husband, and friend...A true rockstar.
