He was preceded in death by his father, Robert B. Ragin, Sr., sister, Robin Ragin and brother, Rodney Ragin.
Surviving are his mother, Bernice Thompson; sister, Rosaland Blue; brother, Ronald Ragin; grandmothers, Mazie Ragin and Dorothy Allen; two uncles, James and Floyd Allen, Jr.; great aunt and uncle, Olivia and Horace Allen; other relatives and friends.
Remains rested at Scott-Lightfoot Funeral Home, 3021 N. Street, where funeral services were held Saturday at 11am. Rev. Otis Smith, officiated. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
