Marianne was a Globetrotter who experienced the whole world. She sailed with Maersk shipping all over the world and had many good experiences. Her twin sister also sailed and they could sit for hours and tell about their travels and experiences and then she lost her heart to the USA where she moved over and later followed her identical twin sister Trine and they went home together to Denmark a few years later. She had 2 lovely Boys and 3 grandchildren. Marianne told me a lot about her exciting life. Marianne's father and husband preceded her in death.
Rest In Peace my dear sister I love you forever
If tears could build a stairway,
and memories a lane.
I would walk right up to Heaven
and bring you back again.

No farewell words were spoken,
No time to say "Goodbye".
You were gone before I knew it,
and only God knows why.

My heart still aches with sadness,
and secret tears still flow.
What it meant to love you -
No one can ever know.

But now I know you want me
to mourn for you no more;
To remember all the happy times
life still has much in store.

Since you'll never be forgotten,
I pledge to you today~
A hollowed place within my heart
is where you'll always stay.
