Gimp and his wife Mary Lou, live next door to us and my kids just kind of adopted them both as another set of Grandparents after their Papaw had passed away, I had to keep a close eye on my youngest because at the time he was only about, knee high to Gimp, but if he saw Gimp outside he would be right over there before you would even know it.. He would follow Gimp all over the place wanting to help him feed his coon dogs. (To tell you the truth I think Gimp just kinda adopted my kids too).. When he passed away it devasted both my children, it was just like they had lost another Grandpa all over again. It was a sad time for us all. We think of him often... Gimps wife still lives next door to us and we are so thankful to still have her in our life.
