Ali was a 10th grader at Hamilton High School where she was a percussionist in the band, served as a freshman class officer and had been on student council. She was a talented pianist and was selected to participate in several MMTA Honors Recitals and qualified for the MMTA State Competition in 2005. She attended Central Wesleyan Church. She loved spending time with family and friends. Despite her illness she was an encouragement and inspiration to those around her.
