Child of G. L. ABNEY.

Burial record from sexton's ledger book shows: ch. [of] G. L. ABNEY was stillborn in Georgia and was buried 30 APR 1884 in the Old Cemetery section, as a resident of Columbus, Georgia (so probably born/died there). The sexton was Abraham ODOM.

This grave is evidently not identifiably marked, and its location within the Old Cemetery section is not presently known, but most likely in Lot 28 (an "open" lot) in Section H of Dolores Autry's "Historic Linwood Cemetery" book (edited by Lea Dowd et al.), Volume 3. Autry H-28 is where George L. ABNEY and his second wife, Viola J. "Ola" (WILLIAMS) ABNEY have inscribed graves. There is also an adult-sized plain brick ledger with no markings next to George's grave.
