Obituary for James Anthony Breshears
James Anthony Breshears, age 80 of Clayton, Oklahoma passed away from this life on March 20th, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. James was born on May 2nd, 1941 in Clayton, Oklahoma to Lillie Mae (Hamilton) and Harvey Breshears. James worked in the oil field almost his whole life and enjoyed his profession. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

James is survived by his wife, Sue Breshears of the home; children, Ricky Breshears, Jeffery Breshears, Anita Davis and husband David, Gayla Matthews and husband Jerry, Beckly Lenley, Gary Cantrell, Connie Bosley, Donna Lawrence and husband Fred, Richard Beagles, and Cheryl Guerrero; 33 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; mother of his sons, Margaret Breshears; sister, Pat Breshears Mayo and husband Jim; three sister in laws, Rose Nobles and Renee Baughman and husband Dale, and Mary A. Breshears; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

James is preceded in passing by his parents, Lillie and Harvey Breshears; son James Breshears; six brothers, two sisters, and ex wife Rita Jo Breshears

Honorary Pallbearers are Ben Breshears, Mike Breshears, Shawn Breshears, Gerry Lee Breshears, Tony Macon

Graveside services will be on Wednesday, March 23rd, 2022 at 2:00PM at AL Stephens Cemetery in Clayton, Oklahoma with Bro. Gary Fuller officiating. Services have been entrusted to McCarn Funeral Service in Talihina, Oklahoma.
