Clara Bell "Dolly" Hardage Green of Midwest City, Oklahoma died Monday, March 14,2022 at 98 years old. Dolly was born August 22, 1923 in Talbert, Texas to Richard Monroe and Eva Ina Szenasi Hardage. She married Edward James White in June of 1941. Edward was killed on April 6, 1944, at Normandy on D-Day. She married Jesse Lee Green. Jesse served in the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. His military service allowed them to travel to many places like Germany, North Africa, Puerto Rico. Dolly loved being in the service and traveling with her family. After Jesse retired, they enjoyed camping at their property in Falconhead, Oklahoma, and traveling with their travel club. She was an avid gardener and loved to bake apple pies and set beautiful Christmas dinner tables for her family. From a small child she was very independent and there was not anything she could not do if she decided to.
