He was born on February 26, 1969 in Portsmouth to the late Roger Thomas Gilley and Sharon Townsend Gilley of Otway. Surviving are his brother and wife, of Otway; sister and husband, of Otway and his ex-wife, Kerry, of Cape Coral, Florida.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 18, 2022 at Botkin Hornback Funeral Home in Otway from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Townsend Family Cemetery in Otway.
