Theron D. Lesseur, 77, of Jesup, Ga. died Thursday, February 3, 2022. The Athens native had lived in Wayne County the past 35 years and was a retired carpenter. The U.S. Army Veteran enjoyed fishing and repairing old vehicles. His brother, Marcus Lesseur and sister, Beatrice Fore preceded him in death.
Survivors are his wife of 54 years, Pauline O'Berry Lesseur of Jesup; daughters, Tracy (Paul) Rowe, Shannon (Terry) Ryal, both of Townsend, Michelle Delaespriella and Tammy Chancey, both of Jesup; a son, Edgar Lesseur of Jesup; 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; a sister, Christine (J.S.) Rozier of Townsend and brother, Marvin (Kathy) Lesseur of Elberton.
Memorial services will be held by the family.
