Friends here will be grieved to learn of the passing away of Mr. D. M. Humbert of 101 Delaware street, Tonawanda NY. His death occurred at the General Hospital, Buffalo, on Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 21, 1911, from the effects of an operation for peritonitis. He is mourned by his wife, three daughters, Mrs Charles Werkley, Mrs., L. T. Parish and Mrs. James Scott of Tonawanda, one brother, Jacob Humbert of Clarence, three sisters, Mrs. John Kibler, Mrs. Mary Heims and Mrs. Ada Kibler of Tonawanda, and five grandchildren. His age was 58 years. Mr Humbert was employed by White, Gratwick & Mitshell Co. and by his faithful services, he earned the esteem and confidence of his employers The funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at one o'clock at the family residance, with interment at Skinnersville.
