Anthony Ray "Tony" Spencer, age 69, of Hillard, OH, formerly of Floyd Co., KY, husband of Leann Patterson Spencer, passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022 at the Dublin Methodist Hospital, Dublin, OH. He was born December 25, 1952 in Prestonsburg, KY, a son of the late Hewen S. and Arnitha Howell Spencer. He was a member of the Radiant Life Church, Dublin, OH and was a Sales and Account Manager for Virginia Air.
In addition to his wife, Leann, he is survived by one son; Anthony Ray (Autumn) Spencer II, Plain City, OH, two brothers; James H. "Jim" (Donna) Spencer, Martin, KY and Phillip D. (Debbie) Spencer, Langley, KY, three sisters; Pamela K. (Meredith) Combs, Martin, KY, Chanda S. (Greg) Blair, Paintsville, KY, and Vicki R. Spencer, Martin, KY, two grandchildren; Katherine Rose Spencer and Mikayla Marie Evans.
He was preceded in death by his parents Hewen S. and Arnitha Howell Spencer, maternal grandparents; Pearlie
and Chloie Caudill, paternal grandparents; Alexander L. and Katherine Creola Turner Spencer.
Funeral service will be conducted Sunday, January 9, 2022 at 12 noon in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Daniel Masters officiating. Burial will follow in the Spencer Cemetery, Eastern, KY, visitation is after 12 noon Saturday at the funeral home with a church service Saturday at 6 p.m. with Ray Davis officiating, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
