Edward Westley "Ju-Ju" Moore, Jr. was educated primarily in Tucson, Arizona. He graduated from Stuttgart American High School in Germany. After graduation, he continued his education when he enlisted in the U.S. Army on March 22, 1988. He served his country for six years and seven months, with a career choice as a Dental Laboratory Specialist. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in the field of dentistry. Ju-Ju's service to the military ended with an honorable discharge on August 29, 1995.

Felix, Irmani Yvette Felix-Moore and Imaya Frances Felix-Moore; his parents, Melvin and Irma Jean (Underwood) Bowser; his sisters and brother, Yvette Brown, Taneisha Jones and Anthony Basnight; his Grandmother, Catherine P. Services for Ju-Ju were at The Living Water Ministries church in Tucson, AZ, where he was a faithful member.
