Edward Westley "Ju-Ju" Moore, Jr. was educated primarily in Tucson, Arizona. He graduated from Stuttgart American High School in Germany. After graduation, he continued his education when he enlisted in the U.S. Army on March 22, 1988. He served his country for six years and seven months, with a career choice as a Dental Laboratory Specialist. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in the field of dentistry. Ju-Ju's service to the military ended with an honorable discharge on August 29, 1995.

Ju-Ju leaves to cherish his memory his companion, Sheronda Felix; his children, Patricia C. Felix, Irmani Yvette Felix-Moore and Imaya Frances Felix-Moore; his parents, Melvin and Irma Jean (Underwood) Bowser; his sisters and brother, Yvette Brown, Taneisha Jones and Anthony Basnight; his Grandmother, Catherine P. "Nanny" Bowser; uncles, aunts and a host of relatives and friends.

Ju-Ju was preceeded in death by his grandparents, Oleaun D. and Agnes E. Underwood, Sr., and Cecil Bowser, Sr.; his aunt, Mary F. (Julie) Underwood and his uncle, Cecil Bowser, Jr.

Services for Ju-Ju were at The Living Water Ministries church in Tucson, AZ, where he was a faithful member.
