Deborah Clendenin Perchalski, 60, of Melbourne, FL, died Thursday December 25, 2014. Born in Charleston, WV, she was a Licensed Practical Nurse. Debbie was a member of Eau Gallie First Baptist Church and an avid tennis player. Debbie always put her family first and will be dearly missed by her husband, Tom; son, Kyle (Jess) Perchalski; daughter, Mandy (Josh) Miller; three grandchildren; father, Paul Clendenin; brothers, Steve, Dave and Greg Clendenin, sister, Valerie McGovern and all her friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Faye Clendenin.

Family visitation on Wednesday, 12/31 from 2:30 - 3 pm at Eau Gallie First Baptist Church followed by a memorial service at 3pm. Donations may be made to the National MS Society, P.O. Box 4527 NY, NY 10163. brownliemaxwell.com
