Lamont Everest Kilgore was born on January 18, 1955 in Buffalo, NY to Chrystal Marie Wallace his mother and James Chester Kilgore his father, both precede him in death.

Lamont accepted Christ at an early age and believed in the birth, death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

As a teenager Lamont came to Camden, Arkansas and lived with his grandfather, Mr. Will Kilgore and his step grandmother, Alma Elliott Kilgore. He lived in many cities and states throughout his life.

Lamont was a kind, compassionate and loyal man, he had a true heart of gold and he never hesitated in helping anyone at anytime.

Lamont attended schools at Fairview and Camden School Districts. He served in the United State Army and held jobs in the Poultry Industry, Defense Industry, Lumber Mills, Hospital Facilities, Security, Employment Work Force Division and Salvation Army.

Lamont leaves to cherish his memories his loving son, Everest Kilgore of Buffalo, NY; his loving daughter, Chanda Butler of Camden, AR; two sisters, Tonie Sanders and Tabatha Wilburn both of Buffalo, NY; two brothers, Dematrius Kilgore and Walter Carl Kilgore both of Buffalo, NY six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
