A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2006, in Lincoln Memorial Park for Opal Mae Kemp, who died Oct. 13 at age 95.
Opal Sanderson was born Nov. 9, 1910, in Kansas City, Mo. She worked in the Vancouver shipyards during World War II and later was a supervisor for Pacific Northwest Bell. She also lived in San Francisco, and most recently, Tualatin.
Survivors include her sister, Pearl Fazzio; and seven nieces.
