JOHN AICH
John Aich, 72 years old, a blacksmith in Indiana until twelve years ago, when he went to Spencer, Ia., died yesterday at the home of his brother, William Aich, 4800 Bluff Road, after a short illness.
Mr. Aich was born in Jefferson county. When a boy, he learned the blacksmith trade, and for a number of years had a shop at Orange and Shelby streets. He was a member of the Roman Catholic church.
Survivors with Willam Aich, are two other brothers, Stephen Aich, who lives in Kansas, and Nicholas Aich of Helmsburg; two daughters, Mrs. John Eckstein of Indianapolis and Mrs. Lena Shue of Brookville, Ga., and two sons, Stephen Aich of Jefferson county, and John Aich of Spencer, Ia.
Funeral services will be held in St. Roch's Catholic church at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning. Burial will be in Holy Cross cemetery.
