Thomas was born to Jane (Wilkins) and Albert McCarthy. He was their second of three children. Albert, Thomas and James. He was raised in the City of London by his widowed mother. He married Elsie Bird on the 3rd of September 1938. They had three children. Joseph Anthony, David John and Edna Jane (Brown). Thomas and Elsie immigrated to Canada after WWII and finally settled in Detroit Michigan USA Thomas was a Tool and Die Maker by trade. He was a hard working devoted husband and a great provider for his family. We love and miss him every day.
